Roovich, Jr. : "This is the fourth failure of capitol security, and the most egregious! Half of our top-level officials were already dead or missing from the first attack! My Father! my FATHER! my Father, your predecessor, is DEAD! Because the capitol police are incompetent! I Have waited months, deliberated, and I'm making the decision becuase no one else here can get their heads out of their behinds! I am hereby using my powers as interim president to re-expand the military policing act. I don't care about the god-damned FGPF! That happened before almost any one of us were even born! My father said to speak softly and carry a big stick, and by god we'll show these rabble the stick!"
Roovich, Jr.General Staff Secretary Illich: "But sir- the polls-"
"I don't give a damn! If they want to hate me, tarnish my image, fine, but by god I'll protect this nation, just like my father would. Do you understand, Secretary?"
General Staff Secretary Illich:"I - yes, Mr. Roovich. I understand. I don't agree with it, but I understand."
Roovich, Jr.: "Good. I pay you to advise me, and I appreciate the input, but we have bigger kafricans to fry than this. General Berki?"
General Slevoj Berki: "Sir?"
Roovich, Jr.: "Please direct the Capitol Army MP Division to begin operational civil duties in the capitol. I shouldn't need to tell you to make sure they co-operate with the Capitol Police, but for god's sake, they should be smart enough to take their duties seriously. If the Capitol Police mess up, they pick up the slack."
General Slevoj Berki: "Yes Sir."

The Fortisian Army, will be conducting military exercises throughout the country. Citizens are asked to not interfere or record exercises within the capitol itself without a press-pass. Interim President Tedior Roovich, Jr., alongside the interim congressional staff, have granted a temporary permit to the General Army Staff HQ to begin policing duties in the capitol through mid-2209.
