The Port House of Frigonia has declared that it does not acknowledge the soverignty of the insurgent state reffering to itself as "Skaros Fold" within Frigonian territory. No other external authority is recognized as holding political and diplomatical power within the internationally recorded borders of Frigonia. Any claims that declares otherwise are considered to be against the Frigonian Law that state the teritorial integrity of the nation as inviolable.

Any further measures will be conducted in accordance with estabished legal procedures should verifiable communication be initiated.
Until communication with this state is conducted, Frigonia will execercise full authority in order to ensure that no harm is done to its citizens and no other entity shall threaten its integrity.
