BLOCKADE NOTICE

By order of the AASC, effective immediately, all transit to and from Low Kerbin Orbit (LKO) is hereby prohibited until further notice. No vessel, civilian or military, may enter, exit, or otherwise attempt passage through the designated exclusion zone surrounding LKO without prior, explicit authorization from the AASC.

Any vessel found in violation of this blockade will be intercepted, seized, and subject to immediate forfeiture of cargo and craft. Attempts to evade interdiction or flee detention will be regarded as acts of hostility and will result in the use of lethal force.

All communication channels regarding this matter are suspended. No exceptions or appeals will be considered at this time.

This directive is issued by AASC Desovan Liaison Lazar Banovic. All relevant authorities and parties are hereby notified.

The AASC has no sovereignty whatsoever upon the space around Kerbin, and any claims of pretending so would be universally regarded as foolish. Fegeland does not wastes time concerning with fools ; this blockade, mark of an illiterate tyrant no better than the ones they claim to fight, will simply be disregarded. Despite the recent Closure policy enforced by Lin Tanaka, Prime Minister of the Empire, limiting the needs for the Feguanesian space industry to routine automated resupply missions to our spacecrafts, Fegeland unequivocally condemns such a ridiculous attempt to seize an universal Kerbalkind sovereignty to the space above and beyond, and calls Desovo to "use diplomacy with reason or face the risk of unfavorably shifting the global power balance by attacking allied or neutral interests".

The United States of Central Kafrica stands with the Empire of Fegeland and condemns the AASC's needless restriction on Low Kerbin Orbit. Any aggressive actions against Kafrican space infrastructure will be treated in accordance with preestablished international convention.
