You open an MP4 video of a fragment of Dorislavian coverage of the 2159 protests and hit play. The footage is somewhat damaged due to decades of wear and tear, as the tape was just digitized very recently.

Protesters:

Repeal Article 11! Say no to tyranny!

Unknown news anchor:

Protesters can be heard saying chants demanding that Article 11 be repealed and accusing the leadership of being tyrants. Covering the situation is correspondent ERROR.

Unidentified news correspondent:

The situation here has continued to intensify and shows no signs of stopping. Reports have come in that the Dorislavian Ground Forces have been deployed as a last resort to try and de-escalate the situation. Many are worried that they may be subjected to lethal fo-

Unidentified military officer:

On November 6, 2159, a protest broke out in central Kyeshdet not long after Pres- ERROR ...activated Article 11 of the Dorislavian Constitution as part of an effort to combat extremism in Dorislav. Initial reports suggest there were 240 participants when it began. By night, it had grown to an estimated 3,700 people. The video fades to black and ends. You get flashbacks of watching the unrest unfold from the safety of your apartment room as soldiers fired at rioters, while the voices of authorities ordering protesters to disperse emanate from megaphones, echoing through the streets of Kyeshdet.

Cutting to where you're sitting in modern-day Dorislav, you decide to turn off your computer, head downstairs to leave the apartment building, and go to the parking lot to go out for a drive in your trusty PrAZ-872, perhaps to visit an old friend.
