Hyperburea Mutual Aid Treaty
The undersigned hereby affirm that they ascend their respective state to this treaty with the legitimate authority of government and force of law, and that both the Belasri and Elohimian version of this document shall be definitive, the original copies of which shall be stored in Aricyet and Hardsno respectively, and copies in all languages of the undersigned to be dispatched to the capitals of the undersigned.
The articles are as follows:
1: The parties shall commit themselves to peaceful international diplomacy wherever possible.
2: The parties shall commit themselves to mutually beneficial economic and trade policies for the strengthening of the whole.
3: The parties shall commit themselves to mutual defense against and deterrence of the use or threat of military force to infringe on their sovereignty, political independence, or security, such that an attack on one shall be considered an attack on all and shall be responded to with appropriate countermeasures including but not limited to armed conflict.
4: The parties shall commit themselves to not recklessly engage in international conflict, brinksmanship, or any other such behavior that may provoke a military or economic threat.
5: The parties shall commit themselves to consult amongst each other prior to any diplomatic or military action that may provoke a hostile response as defined in section 3, and any party that escalates a conflict in such a manner not strictly necessary for their own or collective security shall forfeit the automatic military aid of the other parties.
6: The parties shall commit to security and safe transit on the Tau Sea in order to foster economic prosperity.
