SEAVPF placed on high alert, Quarantine of joolian system declared

Earlier this year, an SEA comms relay in kerbol orbit was destroyed by unknown vessels, and similar unknown vessels burned for the joolian system
The high council, made up of representatives from each of the SEA's major territories, from the domes of Laythe to the subterranean cities of Tylo, imposes a drastic measure, All cargoes headed into and out of the system are subject to being searched, anyone found to be attempting to assist this attempted invasion shall be considered in league with them and subject to military action.
Any vessel may be ordered to submit to an inspection at any time, in accordance with existing laws regarding policing of orbital traffic, following the tragic terrorist attacks of 2209, seeing a civilian vessel hijacked and used as a weapon, killing 1000 innocent civilians as the docks on tylo at the time were nearly vaporized
All nonmilitary vessels are requested to transfer navigational control to the nearest orbital traffic control center.

All noncompliant vessels will be impounded in tylo orbit.

SCV Crawfish has made an emergency burn to Vall after reaching critical fuel state on its attempted burn to Pol. With potentially hazardous cargo aboard, the crew has sent an alert out to not come within 5,000km of the vessel.

Avarua-Polengairdt sends another letter of protest, this time directed at crawfish because they wanted to look at the zokesian ship for entertainment because nothing happens out here

Crawfish is happy to pay for fuel charters to come out to the ship to recieve fuel to get to Pol.

Avarua-Polengairdt unfortunately refuses the offer, as the last dedicated oiler it had broke down about twenty years ago and has since been used as a comically sized cauldron for once a year Communal Stew Night. we do however invite the crew to join us in Communal Stew Night whenever they get leave
