NVS Grand Space Network
The Nuvastian Spaceforce, has officially established the "Grand Goose Guardian Grid". Its a series of strategic starships assigned by the NVS on the planet Kerbin, Mun, Minmus and Vall. These starships are supposed to set as space route pinpoint guide where incoming and outgoing space traffic must pass through for security purposes. Even though the majority of Nuvastian space traffic are industrial starship routes spread all througout the planets involved, they are busy on daily basis hauling various valuable materials, resources , personel and assets. Only priority of space traffic are expected to come through these stations before landing on the planet or going off-world/planet. (Minor industrial ships and automated spaceships are not required)
Originally the NVS has the existing "Goose" class battlecruisers are meant for securing its sovereign space and other ship classes, but the Nuvans have recently comminsioned the newly procured "Goose" class battleships for the sole purpose of serving as interplanetary waypoint crafts.
They will be docked with two (2) NVS Sperpent Shadow Cruisers forming an armored ring on the spacecraft but still serving as a loading bay as needed in times of peace. Primarily serving as navigational and administrative entry network for most of Nuvastian Space operations.
Their current configuration will be designated as Battlestation configuration, hence aptly named the Grand Goose Battlestation. It will serve as an orbital fortress station which can be detached on a need to basis. (Upon detachment, the escort cruisers will transition to sector patrol duties)
The starships will be officially named and registered as the following:

002-GGM "Nadiris" (Mun)

003-GGMN "Viridion" (Minmus)
