Beginning 9 January 2215, the Most Serene Republic of Shive will now require all applicants of Shiven citizenship to deposit a minimum 2,100,000 Shiven hwan (5.00√) into an account of the Bank of Shive before being considered.

Additionally, all applicants must undergo 100 hours of Namjjog instructional courses over the first six months of their residency.

These measures, instituted in April, aim to prevent the dilution of the GDPPC with an increasing population.

An effective and vital law, as expected of such an esteemed country. The flow of poor kolusians into Shive from the collapsing continent must be stopped!
