Zokesia and Norvek have agreed to a deal for the purchase of Syx Island, the former home of Dr. Effrey Sexstein, for 5,000,000√. The island will be investigated for evidence relating to Dr. Sexstein's crimes and rebuilt into the bountiful trading port as it was in the 2160s.
