“Over the past four administrations, negotiations have been under way with the Fortisian government to bring the NKR Redevelopment Zone under the flag of Novenad. As of today, the 28th of February, we have ratified a new agreement reunifying the three northern NKR states split by Varkrimeski and his religious zealots. In doing so, we hope to provide an example to the rest of the world on how to properly handle territorial disputes; through reasonable negotiation, not the fruitless wars that have torn so many youth from their families over the course of history.”
