Maintaining national flags could be a lot of overhead if its not a permission you can dish out to other persons.

I'll make a script to import them in batch into the database, we could even have a public folder from which I could pull them with a periodical cron script (I already have an FTP server set up for KP maps & stuff, I'll send you the creds)
