Today, at a border checkpoint in Svarskia, a group of 20-30 armed strelkan nationalists murdered over 200 refugees attempting to cross into Kafrica. This comes after turmoil in the nation has spread over the “One for one” swap policy, allowing Grestinians to migrate to Kafrica in exchange for Strelkans. Allegedly, the group lured the refugees to the border with promises of a large swap, only to turn and kill them all as the convoy disembarked to cross. Border guards were paid off or looked the other way, and multiple copycats have begun doing the same. The cry of Strelkan nationalism has grown to nearly a fever pitch as Svarskia teeters on the breaking point.
The United States of Central Kafrica demands that the Imperial Union explain recent events in Svarskia and inform us on their plans in our secure diplomatic channels.
