Subject: Diplomatic counter-offer to the Imperial Union
Cc: realstahlfuhrer35@kmail.com
To remind the Imperial Union, should we sign a Non-Aggression Pact right here, right now, the Imperial Union could walk away from negotiations, forcing us to break said pact of non aggression. Although we doubt that the Imperial Union would be so sour as to commit that dishonor, in international relations with stakes such as these Central Kafrica must be cautious. With Windsteer’s request to share technology, the United States of Central Kafrica sees no need to pursue this, the Imperial Union acts this to be a guarantee of Kafrican sovereignty, however knowing the units that one has is part of the calculus of armed conflict. Should Central Kafrica begin technology sharing with a nation that has only recently threatened to partake in acts of conflict. Then Central Kafrica puts itself at risk and fills in the matrix of war. In relation to the third request of a Demilitarized Zone in Kafrica, as explained, should we partake in such a zone, we would become vulnerable to attack in the demilitarized region until gaining the approval of Windsteer to defend ourselves. Let this be clear, a demilitarized zone in the middle of the continent leaves more dangerous ambiguity than it would initially suggest. The United States of Central Kafrica, and her allies, does not share the view of the Imperial Union that this dispute puts the continent at risk, it only puts the vast domain of the Imperial Union at risk.
Therefore, at the behest of the President, Lilly Barrett, the Vice President, Jordynn Maldonardo, the United States of Central Kafrica begins its negotiations with the following counter offer to the Imperial Union’s attempts at diplomacy:
First, The United States of Central Kafrica, reasserts its right as a sovereign state, and demands that the Imperial Union recognise the right to self determination that she disrespected. This includes Central Kafrica’s right to conduct its own economic and foreign affairs. Central Kafrica’s right to maintain her standing army within her borders. With this point in mind, The United States of Central Kafrica informs the Imperial Union that we will only sign a deal should each and every one of our Kafrican allies, which the Imperial Union threatened, be satisfied with terms as Central Kafrica will not abandon its allies for its own gain, unlike other nations.
Secondly, The United States of Central Kafrica is appalled that the Imperial Union saw fit to scapegoat the Pan-Veiidic commonwealth, as being threatened by the Second Republic of Basil. As the Imperial Union has issued formal apologies to the United States of Central Kafrica, we demand that the apologies are extended to each member of the Pan-Veiidic commonwealth, and the Second Republic of Basil. Central Kafrica holds no sway over these apologies being accepted however.
Thirdly, in recent years, especially during the outbursts of the traitorous former President Blimp Drimp. The Imperial Union has attempted to gain leverage over The United States of Central Kafrica using the threat of military force to coerce her actions, even conducting incursions into Central Kafrican waters, which is an act of war we add. With this in mind, with the exception of assets within the territorial waters of the Imperial Union, Central Kafrica formally wishes the Imperial Union to refrain under all circumstances, within the international waters between Svarskia and the Imperial Union’s territory. That the Imperial Union carry out no such naval exercises without the approval of, the following: Suid Kafrika, The United States of Central Kafrica, and Chikushinal.
Fourthly, in order to soothe relations with the Imperial Union, the largest economy by Gross Domestic Product in the world, the United States of Central Kafrica demands reparations be paid to her and her allies, who are the 38th largest, 104th largest and 119th largest economies by GDP respectively. Therefore The United States of Central Kafrica, and the United States of Central Kafrica alone demands a sum of 30,000,000 funds to be paid to Samwell Mechanized Industries as reparations. This payment will be made before 2210. This sum will go to securing Kafrica against the greater threat in the world.
Fifthly, in order to ensure the Imperial Union doesn't suffer further embarrassment, we wish the notion of the Dominion of Westray being expelled from the Union to be explored by the Parliament in Windsteer and put to a referendum.
Sixthly and Finally, any agreement that the Imperial Union creates with the United States of Central Kafrica shall become void should any of the terms reached be violated by either party. Should the Imperial Union fail to meet her obligations the United States of Central Kafrica will immediately place a trade embargo upon the Imperial Union.
With the addition of our allies, specifically Suid-Kafrika who’s leader can be reached at realstahlfuhrer35@kmail.com, we would like to place the additional terms on their behalf upon the Imperial Union.
Suid-Kafrika wishes for the colony of Svarskia to be unionized as one under the banner of Suid-Kafrika. They believe that this will ensure stability in the region, Afterall the Imperial Union does have the eastern side of the bay to itself.
We also would like to inform the Imperial Union that Central Kafrica will not let the Imperial Union drag its feet, as confirmed in the confidential joint senate meeting on April 10th 2208. The United States of Central Kafrica sets a deadline for her negotiations with the Imperial Union to be completed and agreed upon by herself and her allies by November this year. This is to avoid legal concerns with domestic electoral law. This domestic law prevents such embarrassments as has occurred to the Imperial Union in recent weeks upon the transfer of power between governments. Despite this, we will not hesitate in pointing out that the Prime Minister of the Imperial Union, Mr William Blenheim was a member of the previous government’s diplomatic staff.
The United States of Central Kafrica and her allies stand strong and await the Imperial Union’s response to our offer.
God Bless the United States of Central Kafrica.
