The United Federation of Ulkova extends its greetings to the world and formally announces its intention to engage openly and constructively within the international community.
Ulkova is a constitutional dual-authority federal republic governed through a balance between the Presidency, Parliament, and an independent judiciary. Our system has been shaped by historical periods of regional hardship and national reconstruction, resulting in a political culture that places strong emphasis on stability, infrastructure, constitutional governance, and regional cooperation.
The United Federation of Ulkova seeks stable diplomatic relations founded upon mutual respect for sovereignty, lawful international conduct, peaceful negotiation, and economic cooperation. Ulkova supports secure trade, responsible statecraft, and long-term international stability.
The Ulkovan Defense Force exists primarily to ensure territorial defense, deterrence, border security, and domestic emergency response. Ulkova does not pursue expansionist policy or ideological confrontation abroad.
Although diverse in regional traditions and local identities, the people of Ulkova remain united through a shared civic culture centered on continuity, responsibility, and public trust.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomes diplomatic, economic, scientific, and cultural engagement with all nations acting in good faith toward peaceful coexistence.
