March 15th, 2210 - Cyten-Ward Industries has won the contract for a next-generaton AWACS aircraft for the Confederate fleet. The EF-7 “Skysword” will replace the EF-4 “Skyshield” after nearly 70 years of service. Featuring a smaller footprint on carriers and longer endurance, the EF-7 will also reduce fleet upkeep costs and save the Zokesian Navy approximately 30% per flight hour.
A total of 40 will be produced in the initial production run.
