After two years of conflict in Northern Kolus, the citizens of Hearthia and Sarkyzia can finally sleep soundly.
Sarkyzia surrendered to Hearthian forces after a significant degradation of their fighting forces.
The terms of the treaty are as follows.
1) Hearthia will Annex all Sarkyzian land north of the river
2) Sarkyzia becomes economically independent with Hearthian rebuilding assistance
3) Sarkyzian military units sold at loss to CWI
4) Zokesian military administration of Sarkzyia until the Sarkyizian government decides what they want to do

The goal with this treaty is to provide both Hearthia and Sarkyzia the environments they need to rebuild after such a short but destructive conflict. Both nations have seen significant unit and infrastructure losses. It is hoped that this treaty marks a new era of peace and cooperation in Kolus.
