The House finds the Solari Extraplanetary Administration to be a rogue state, with no respect for the rule of law or the sanctity of life. The SEA jealously holds hostage the potential prosperity of Kerbalkind in our own birthplace. The House finds the SEA wholly unfit to participate in the choir of nations and the future of Kerbalkind as it currently exists.
The House declares a total embargo on the Solari Extraplanetary Administration with an indefinite duration, to be reevaluated as the House sees fit.
