May 30th, 2216 - The embargo on Suid Kafrica had been in place for nearly half a decade now, ever since the nation was founded. To Stahlfuhrer Heynrich, did mattered little. The Kafricans to the east were firmly in their control, and with them, an untold amount of trade to the free world was possible. It was as if Aontas simply didn't exist. He liked to think that to the west, past the border checkpoints, the vast empty space that was on the map labeled Aontas simply didnt' exist. No people, no cars, trucks, boats, or airplanes. Simply a jungle, with savages and wild animals. The lie guarded by blue hats on the border.

He wasn't interested in conquest. He was content, leading the state of Suid-Kafrica in a successful defiance of the world to the west - of Zokesia, Aontas, and all the other nations which wished them dead. From before sunrise to after susnset, he worked to maintain this status quo and keep the delicate peace that had been achieved in his nation. Heynrich smiled as he made his way down the dark streets of Faucks to the capitol, for another busy day at work.

They found his body in a pool of blood an hour later.

In a small office in the corner of the Presidential Palace, Kirov Mankorman was filing paperwork when a shadowy figure passed his doorway. It was just a glimpse, out of the corner of his eye. Was he dreaming? Surely too many hours in the office meant his eyes were playing tricks. As he looked down the hallway, no one was seen. He turned to laugh off this hallucination when his foot caught a slippery rectangle on the floor, nearly tripping him backwards into the hallway. Recovering, he picked it up and looked at the plain manila envelope, with a black Triangle in the center. Embedded in the envelope was stamped letters:

D E L I V E R T O P R E S I D E N T.

Kirov stopped for a moment wondering what to do. He should report it. That would be the correct thing to do. However, Kirov was an intern, and wasn't sure if he'd even ever make an impact on the Kroman Govenrment. He could deliver this to the President and get the easiest shoe-in for a staff job of all time if it was good. If it was bad, well he wasn't being paid to stick around anyway. He weighed his options.

The president's office was down the hall. Four Hundred Twenty Four steps later, Kirov slipped the envelope under the door.

SLACK had made its entrance into Kafrica.
