"Gruppenfuhrer, new orders!"
Wolfgang Von Trapp turned around to see a young boy saluting him. His uniform was oversized for his body and he appeared gaunt and frail. So young, why was he an orderly? Were they already out of men? He brushed off the thought and saluted back.
"You are to attack Kafrica immediately. Push to Rinn. Orders from the Fuhrer."
Von Trapp was surprised to say the least. For the past half decade, the Stahlsieg had the Central Kafrican government by the balls. Why would they turn on their ally now, when they were already expecting the Aontans to come down on them for their recent conquest of Svarskia?
"Very well. Tell high command we move out at sunrise tomorrow."
He grimaced as the boy ran to the waiting motorbike. As it rode off into the sunset, Von Trapp began making plans for the march east.
"The die has been cast."
