Article 11 of the Dorislavian Constitution has been activated by the newly elected President of Dorislav, effective immediately. The purpose of this decision is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the Dorislavian people and safeguard them from the threat of right-wing extremism. Per Article 11 of the Dorislavian Constitution, civil liberties will be suspended until further notice.
The activation of this article applies not only to the two internal republics of Dorislav (Nisoridav and Dorislav), but also the Zimori Autonomous Republic on the northeast coast. Decisions made by the autonomous region's government may be overridden at the national government's discretion. Actions by citizens like criticism of the state, mass gatherings and certain forms of reporting may be disallowed for the time being.
