Zokesian Royal Navy 1st Fleet has left its moorings in Freetowne following the start of hostilities in Skaryzia, for national defense and maritime right of transit operations. The Zokesian government has pledged no forces will be used in anger in this conflict, but a 100 km - wide by 200 km - exclusion zone will be set up between Freetowne and the Mamb River, in which the Zokesian 1st fleet will stop and search any ships attempting wartime duties in the area, as well as establishing a No-Fly zone in the area. All aircraft, civilian and military, will be escorted around the exclusion zone or shot down.
Once Again, this is NOT an Embargo. Ships and Traffic thru to Sarkyzia will be escorted to the mouth of the Mamb via reporting to checkpoint Alpha at the border of Hearthia and Sarkyzia. All other attempts to enter the area will be met with force.
Zokesia stands ready to defend the Confederacy and Kolusian allies in this time of conflict.
