To the Esteemed Vice Chairman of the Military Industrial Commission under the Council of Ministers of Desovo.
To Minister Vuk Zovkovic
Pursuant to Decree No. 24172 of the DGCC and the Council of Ministers, the Design Bureau of the Military Factory No. 14 respectfully reports the completion of the modernization program for Objekt 62. The newly developed vehicle, provisionally designated as Objekt 64 and expected to receive the official military index C-53B, has successfully met or surpassed all technical requirements in recent state trials and is hereby presented as ready for serial production.
The vehicles of the new type retain core components from the preceding Objekt 62 series, thereby enabling the modernization of existing units within a timeframe not exceeding 20 hours per vehicle. It is further reported that the reutilization of materials recovered from the original chassis will not adversely affect the balance of materials assigned to the Military Industrial Commission, and that no specialized equipment will be required, consistent with the technical specifications previously established.
In accordance with Section Two of the aforementioned Decree, preliminary studies have commenced on the development of the Objekt 65, based upon the chassis of Objekt 64. It is projected that, upon completion of the required tooling, anticipated during the next fiscal year, serial production of the new type may be initiated without delay.
The Design Bureau remains at the disposal of the Military Industrial Commission for all further instructions and stands ready to fulfill all assigned tasks in the interests of the Principality.
With highest respect,
Director, Military Factory No. 14
Turos Petkovic
