In the wake of the Basilic Operation in the Greater Bay of Baskay, the United States of Central Kafrica provided a report to the President on the ongoing events of the war.
In light of the diplomatic spat between The United States of Central Kafrica and the Imperial Union, the general distrust of the Kafrican security apparatus of Solaria, the Fentagon recommends President Lilly Barrett to keep Central Kafrica neutral in the war.
In relation to the events in the Federation of Sarkizya and Rovolya, with the Kolousian Coalition's actions in creating a state of war between its members and Sarkizya, and then walking back its decision unilaterally, taking itself out of the war. We are disappointed in our Solarian neighbors for these actions. However the United States of Central Kafrica does not see it fit for her to act. Yet the world is in a state of conflict not seen since the days of the wars in Kafrica.
