The Kafrican Medal of Freedom

Post by Evie »

After the Kafrican Wars between 2090 and 2100, the President of Krome, Eva Stark, who is honored at Memorial House with the Fountain of Freedom. At the suggestion of her high command, implemented the Kroman Medal of Freedom, which was given to the veterans who served with distinction either diplomatically or militarily. Traditionally the Medal of Freedom has been awarded at the site of the former Kroman President, Rachel Kerman’s final resting place, at the location of the former Diosca Citadel. Many prestigious individuals have been awarded the Medal of Kroman Freedom, ranging from the leadership of Owlia, to Emperor Namresh himself of Fegeland. All for assisting the Kroman Democratic system to survive.

After the fall of Krome in 2125, the Medal’s themselves were hidden by their recipients, not wishing to fall into the clutches of their new oppressors. Yet, various examples have managed to survive to the current day. During the 2205 war on Blimp Drimp, the President, Lilly Barrett, visited the Diosca Military Museum. Among its exhibits of Samwell C tanks and KAFSOC K101000’s as well as a singular Pankate K3 from the 2090s Era. She observed the Kroman Medal of Freedom. At the time, the Kafrican state had no such honor which served the purpose that the Kroman Medal once did. However, with the current support of the allied nations, Chikushinal, the soon to be Suid Kafrikans and the Confederacy of Kolus. The President felt compelled to act. That night she would sign an executive order, number 2205-20912102. Which would create the Kafrican Medal of Freedom; to be awarded to those who either served directly or assisted the Kafrican state in the pursuit of Freedom and Peace. Either in battle, or in diplomacy through friendship. The award would be entirely given at the sole discretion of the President themselves.

5 years later after the reinstatement of the award, and the presentation of Kafrican pilots who fought in Drimp’s last stand, the President felt compelled by her secretary of state, Rhonda Reguwu, to give the award to the following individuals;

His Majesty, President of Zokesia, Maximilian Vikus-Ward, for his extended handshake to the Kafrican state in the pursuit of ensuring Kafrica wouldn’t fall to dictatorship and chaos.

Stahlfuhrer Erich Von Buro, of Suid Kafrica for assisting Central Kafrica militarily when the state needed it most during the war. As well as being a strong negotiator, commanding the respect of the Kafrican delegation at the peace conference.

The captain of the PLAID Aster class Submarine Hayata, for sinking the PMS League of legends and the PMS Definant during the Drimp conflict.

The Leadership of Chikushinal between the years 2205-2206 for their warm welcome to the resistance against Blimp Drimp.

In addition to these distinguished Kerbals, President Lilly Barrett has awarded former President and current Secretary of State Rhonda Reguwu the Kafrican Medal of Freedom for her actions in dealing with the Imperial Union in 2208, preventing Kafrican blood being spilled in the jaws of the current armed conflict ongoing in the Baskay.

Their presence is therefore requested at Memorial house to receive the award in appropriate time should they be wishing to accept the awards granted.

May their lives and actions be celebrated and immortalized in the books of Kafrican and world history.
