July 3rd, 2210 - In the waning hours of the morning, Black Eagle helos took off from their bases in Juno, flying northward. Above them, strike elements of the Confederate Air Force - Z-55s, OZ-47s and ZQ-19s flew over in the close air support role. Off the coast of Sarkyzia, Zokesian 1st Fleet opened up with a salvo of missiles to knock out Sarkyzian airfields and any remaining antiair batteries across the nation.
Deploying their elite 21st Airborne troops across Sarkyzia, the Zokesian forces began moving toward population centers and taking critical infrastructure as they moved forward. Approximately 80% of the nation was under Zokesian control by the time dawn rose, and the fate of the nation hung in the balance.
A memo was sent from Zokesian High Command to the Sarkyzian Government - Lay down your arms, and allow Confederate Forces to stabilize the nation, or face complete annihilation.
